Roger Chouinard was bornand grew up in Southern California. He studied design, drawing, painting and sculpture at Chouinard Art Institute, now called Cal Arts. He started his career working in a design studio and then various film studios as an art director and animation designer. Within a short time he soon decided to go out on his own and co-founded the award winning DUCK Studios animation company.

Bruce Riley is a Chicago based artist who drips paint into paint in an endlessly layered arrangement resulting in paintings that look like underwater scenes, psychedelic visions and abstract dreamscapes.
Haus in Schwarz (House in Black)
In the city centre of Möhringen, Germany, used to stand an unusual house that was painted completely black.
It was a 2008 public art piece by artists Erik Sturm und Simon Jung.
The piece was meant as a farewell to the building which was slated for demolition.
The black paint represented a curtain for the house, whose exterior had been used as a canvas by numerous street artists.
After it was demolished, the owner, art gallery manager Karin Abt-Straubinger, built a new gallery on the site.

Did we just discover how to paint with all the colors of the wind?
So my step son told me a few weeks ago that boys can’t have painted nails, cause it’s just for girls.
I said that’s silly! Boys can paint their nails if they want to. In Fact, I paint daddy’s nails sometimes. He was amazed.
So today I broke out the nail polish, and painted daddy’s toes. Sky was like ‘you’re silly! That looks fun! Can you do my big toes?’
So I painted his big toes and then he’s like ‘this is really fun! Can you do the others?’ So I did and then he posed with his daddy.
No three year old needs gender stereotypes.

The Drinkable Book is a life saving tool that filters water and teaches proper sanitation & hygiene to those in the developing world.
Each book is printed on technologically advanced filter paper, capable of killing deadly waterborne diseases. And each page is coated with silver nanoparticles, whose ions actively kill diseases like cholera, typhoid and E. coli.
